Some people saw a concrete wall. The North River Arts Society saw a canvas. A mural of five digitally-enlarged paintings on the outside wall of the Marshall’s store at Webster Square Plaza was unveiled…

The murals will remain there for two years and will then be replaced by other paintings. The project was a collaboration between the North River Arts Society and plaza owner Curtis Management…….
