Steven Tyler insists his upcoming memoirs will upset plenty of people because he’s refusing to hold anything back.
The rocker’s autobiography Does the Noise in My Head Bother You? will be released worldwide on May 3, and he is promising fans it will be a must-read.
The book will be Tyler’s follow-up to his 1997 Aerosmith memoir Walk This Way.
In the last 14 years, Tyler has split with his second wife, undergone throat surgery, disclosed that he has Hepatitis C and endured a nasty public feud with his bandmates. His first wife also died in that time and he became a grandfather.
He also checked into rehab and was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.
The star says, “(The book will be) the unbridled truth, the in-your-face, up-close and prodigious tale of Steven Tyler straight from the horse’s lips.”
