Joe Perry of Aerosmith fame is hardly known for his political musings.
When deejay Daveman on 105.7 The Brew in Columbus, Ohio spoke with Perry and fellow band mate Steven Tyler recently he asked them a quick ‘n’ easy political question.
What’s the first thing you’d do if you were elected President?
Tyler took the question to a silly extreme, as is his wont. Perry, by comparison, gave the matter some thought.
“I’d mail the Constitution out to every voter, everybody inside the continental United States and make it a requirement that they read it … maybe everybody should read it before they vote,” Perry told the show’s listeners.
